Create a form
A form is organized around three steps: Introduction (terms, rules, resources, timer), Questions (the main and only required step), and Conclusion (thanks, tips, closing widgets).
In its simplest form, all you do is choose a category and a domain: the AI produces your form in minutes. For a more precise result, you can set the number of questions per page, an objective (a short prompt), and vary the themes, specifying for each the number of questions and the difficulty. The generated version remains fully editable.
You can create your own categories, domains and themes to classify your forms according to your sector.
They are blocks (image + text + buttons) that appear on the final page under specific conditions for example a congratulations message at 100% correct answers, with a button to another form.
A document (text, image, audio or video) that supports a form or a question: a course text to analyze, an audio clip for a language certification, and so on.
Yes, when its owner allows it. A form can be copied to obtain an independent, fully editable version. The copy faithfully reproduces the entire structure — pages, questions, choices, groups, display conditions, scoring and styling — but becomes a form in its own right, without ever altering the original. Ideal for adapting a proven template to your context.
Yes. Several fields — the form's description, the messages of a page or a question — provide a formatting editor: bold, italic, lists, links… A free-answer question can even offer that same editor to the respondent, for a formatted answer. Entered content is automatically sanitized to stay clean and safe.
When uploading an image (illustration, choice, background, avatar…), you can choose between your computer and the Meliform image library: a ready-to-use catalogue organised by category (education, emotions, pictograms, shapes, patterns, backgrounds and gradients, avatars…) with keyword search. Handy for illustrating multiple-choice options (a number, an opinion smiley…) or dressing up a form, without hunting for your own visuals.
Yes. You assign points to correct answers, the score is calculated automatically, and you can attach an explanation shown during review. A ranking of participants is also possible.
A question can appear only if certain conditions are met (a previous answer, a score reached…). A choice can also send the user to another question, to build tailored paths.
A repeatable block of questions (for example “add a beneficiary”). A group benefits from shared validation: you can, for instance, check that the sum of a field across all repetitions equals a global amount a common need in investment forms.

Yes. Progress is saved: you can pause and resume exactly where you left off, without losing your answers.
Yes, via a stopwatch (time elapsed) or a timer (time remaining), on the form as well as on the introduction step.
Statistics are available at several levels: overall (success rate, participation), per question, and per user. A review mode also lets you annotate a submission with correction comments.
To test your form without recording a result, but above all to style it. You can apply a predefined theme in one click or fine-tune the style (colors, fonts…), move elements around and upload your brand logo. Styling applies at several levels: the whole form, a step (introduction, questions, conclusion), a page, or even a specific question or group.
Journeys
A journey brings together several forms chained one after another: you finish a step and move on to the next. Three typical uses: lighten a form that is too long by splitting it into digestible steps; group a theme (a “Baccalauréat 2026” journey combining maths, geography and English); or chain game levels.
From My journeys, creation happens in two stages: you first set up the journey (name, visibility, flow), then add forms to it as steps, which you order freely. A single form can belong to several journeys, and a step can be added or removed at any time. Each step gets its own label (“Level 1”, “Written test”…) and can be marked optional.
Yes, and it's a use case in its own right. The journey's visibility does not change that of the forms it contains: a private form remains impossible to find in the catalog, but becomes playable again from the journey that hosts it. You can thus offer a form only within a journey, without publishing it elsewhere. However, you can only add forms you are allowed to share: this is what guarantees their owner's consent.
Yes. A step can enforce a waiting period before the next one opens: a countdown appears and access stays blocked until it elapses. A step can also be conditioned on the results of previous ones — having completed a step, reached a rate of correct answers or a number of points, or even given a specific answer to a question identified by its code. Conditions can be combined.
Your choice: the form's usual final page with its result, followed by a button to continue; or a direct transition to the next step, with no intermediate page. You also decide how the list of steps is shown: all visible (inaccessible ones appearing locked), only those that are accessible, or none — the journey then reduces to a “Start” button. At the end of the journey, a summary page gathers the results of all the steps.
Yes. A journey's ranking follows a simple rule: progress outranks score. Reaching the end beats a better result obtained on fewer steps. Participants are then separated by their rate of correct answers or their total points, as you choose. On the creator side, statistics take the form of a funnel: for each step, how many participants reach it, complete it, or stop there — enough to spot the step that loses people.
You can notify them when adding it — including, and especially, those who had already finished the journey: without this notification, they would never know a new level was released. Sending remains a choice, to be unchecked when you're composing several steps in a row.
A session is one respondent's run through a form. A journey brings together several forms: it therefore contains sessions. The number of allowed attempts is still defined by each form; the journey only decides whether that counter resets to zero on each new run of the journey.
Automation & integrations
Each question can be given a short, unique code (e.g. firstname, amount, email). This code acts as a variable: you insert it elsewhere, and it is automatically replaced by the answer given by the respondent. You can thus reuse an answer in an email, in a redirect URL, or even directly in the prompt, the title or the message of a question or a group interpolation then happens in real time during the run.
Yes. When a form ends, an email can be sent automatically. The recipient can be an address entered by the respondent (via a question) or a defined recipient set in the configuration (for example a manager to notify). The message body accepts variables (see question codes) to inject the answers for example a personalized summary. Sending can be conditioned and triggers only once, at final validation.
Yes. The button that ends the form can redirect to the URL of your choice, defined globally on the form or per share link (the link's setting taking priority). The URL accepts dynamic parameters via question codes: you thus pass certain answers to the destination platform. It's ideal for a partner integration: have the user start on one platform, take them through the form, then bring them back to their starting point. The label of the final button is also customizable.
Sharing & privacy
No. Each form has a visibility level that you choose: public (visible to all), protected (header visible, access on request/invitation) or private (reserved for you or your organization).
Via configurable share links (start/expiry date, usage quota, public or sign-in access, custom URL). You can also notify members or a group directly when sharing.
Yes, if you tick the “public link” option: that specific link makes the form accessible even if it is private or protected. You decide, link by link.
You (the creator) and the people to whom you grant specific rights (read, edit, delete, share), to a person or a group. Sharing can never bypass a private resource that you do not own.
Organizations & community
A shared space bringing together members (with administrator or member roles), user groups and the attached resources. By setting a default organization, your new forms are automatically attached to it.
On a public form open to contributions, a user can suggest a change. The creator (or an administrator) compares it, discusses via comments, then approves it, requests adjustments or rejects it.
You can follow a user or an organization to be notified of their public activity (new form, updates…). An organization's administrators can also send announcements to their members and followers.
For an exam or a game, you can display a ranking of participants by their score. The number of allowed attempts and anonymous participation are configurable. The ranking can also be filtered by share link: by creating a link per audience (a cohort, a team, a recruitment session…), you compare levels within a single group.
Yes, if the creator enables this option. Community members or members of the same organization can then share their opinion, ask questions and talk in a discussion thread (with replies) attached to the form. The comment space is enabled or disabled form by form.
Yes. Beyond the interface, which is available in five languages, every form has its own translation workspace: you enter your content in the languages you want, with AI assistance if you like, and you choose the languages the form appears in within the catalog.
